My goals clearly stated there are to set us up for a very big summer window where alot of business has to happen.
Summer 2021.
A complete overhaul of the squad, it is very evident that more than half our squad isn't good enough so I made a plan to get rid of most of them and replace adequately it may not all happen in one window as I'd love but here's what I think should happen

Some valuations are exaggerated while some are a bit low, but in my opinion that's be a very good window with just 50m net spend and like I said before it may not happen all at once but it'd be a decent squad overall.
This is what the team would look like with those additions easily a top 4 side again with proper management.
