it all started with metro boomin lauding future for starting the trend where every artist wanted to drop a lot of new albums/mixtapes in one year, taking shots at artists that tried to copy the style.
thugger took offence, cause notably, he’s one of the artists known for putting out multiple mixtapes in one year, just like future.
he went ahead to state that future to him is what tito jackson was to michael jackson, and also directed the second tweet to metro saying he could’ve praised future without targeting subs at other artists.
future responds saying thug will never have the juice like he does
metro hits at thug saying they should get physical, while thugger responds.
shortly after, metro clears the air saying everything had been resolved and cleared the rumours that everything was a publicity stunt. ending the tweet with a hashtag bearing the name of a song that happened to appear in thugger’s mixtape the following year, produced by him.
fast forward to 2016, future plans to drop his new project evol.
