why louis is our comfort person believe me i’m a scientist (not really)
first reason is that many of us met louis when we were at very impressionable ages and seeing someone just want to have fun and stay young throughout us growing older is so comforting in a world around us that forces us to grow up so fast
louis was constantly underestimated in the band (i won’t be posting any articles cause i don’t wanna give it clicks but you all know what i mean) and we’ve all been there personally. we’ve all been in a place where people didn’t believe in us as much as our partners for no reason
louis wrote so many of the songs that we identify with and it makes us feel seen. his ambition to write is also so special to us because he backs up his talent with his chops. that connection with his music and sound means that must things he produces make us feel good
louis makes us feel very seen as fans. from his support to every realm of his fan base, to his willingness to connect with us through merch, shows and twitter.
louis has a knack for making himself feel “ordinary” even though hear extremely famous. he speaks casually, laughs authentically, and speaks his mind and it makes us feel closer to him. he doesn’t feel like he’s in another world to us so we can connect with him and his music.
his reactions are so genuine to people he helps and meets with. whether it’s using pet names, giving cuddles, or going out of his way to make someone happy, he always finds a way to make us all feel loved by him individually
louis always gives us hints to show us that he try’s to be completely honest with his music and with himself to his fans despite what others might think. the courage he has to stand up for himself and show us who he is means a lot to so many people 
louis is truly a favorite of all of the boys throughout their time in the band. they all had a connection with him that was extremely special, showing the friend he is! making us even feel that our self’s because even if HES not your fave, he’s probably your faves fave lol!
louis is so close to his family, and obviously shows that every chance he gets. he’s known for being very committed to them and loving and even protecting them every chance he gets. we love to see him do that because again it makes us feel safe with him <3
he cares for his community so much that it makes us feel so connected with him. he shows what he cares about and backs it up. he never feels disconnected to real issues in the world or like he says things just to say them. honest and giving!
fin, lou shows his true colors & makes us feel by his side even though he has millions of people who love him. he makes everything personal. real. authentic. and always shows us he’s trying to do better in the world and for us and that commitment is what makes us commit back <3
