PBS's Firing Line w/ Margaret Hoover: Would you support removing Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz from the Senate via the 14th amendment Section 3 (for insurrection)?

Joe Manchin: "That should be a consideration."

"Ted’s a very bright individual and I get along fine with Ted," said Manchin. "But what he did was totally outside of the realm of our responsibilities."

Manchin appears to suggest people in the Capitol may have been coordinating w/ rioters outside on Jan. 6.

"Look at the timing.... The insurrection ... happened exactly at the time we were voting.... I think there might be a lot more coming out that might be much more damning."
