3/ Watergate trial against many defendants with Pres as co-conspirator and multiple charges took from Oct 1 to Jan 1. One sedition count against one defendant should be much simpler. Others guilty can be tried separately while he sits in jail.
4/ Plus, he should face other federal and state civil and criminal charges, too numerous to list in a tweet.

5/Without admission of the truth and accountability, there will be no healing and the message will be that he is above the law and that future immoral presidents can too. Had Nixon been tried, maybe Trump would not have done all he has.
6/ Bottomline: Comey is wrong on this, just as he was in his conduct in 2016 which played a significant role in getting us where we are.
