And she did not make any effort to run for the open Senate seat last year after Mike Enzi retired. She deferred to her House predecessor Cythia Lummins who came out of retirement to run for Enzi's seat. Did Cheney know Lummins would beat her??
Lummins has spent her entire life in Wyoming. Cheney spent her entire adult life in DC after graduating from law school and moved to Wyoming in when she decided to
primary Mike Enzi in 2014 -- she lost.
She has long associated herself with many in the NeverTrumper ranks.
