Well, the @FBI says that doesn't square with evidence they've obtained to bring federal charges against her. Today,
Ryan was charged with "Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority", and "Disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds".
In a now deleted Facebook post, the FBI says video shows Ryan entering via the Rotunda entrance, saying this:
