Vice President Biden also went against official US foreign policy of confronting oligarchs to combat foreign corruption after being advised by his staff to say “I’m not going to get into naming names or accusing individuals.”
Former Secy of State John Kerry had knowledge of Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board , but when asked about it at a town hall event. Kerry falsely said,“I had no knowledge about any of that. None. No.” Evidence t o the contrary is detailed in Section V.

In the transaction the Obama administration allowed the sale of military tech to China. A billion-dollar private investment fund, formed by Hunter, John Kerry's step son Chris Heinz and others, was involved in the transaction which John Kerry played a direct role in approving.
