I usually play basketball because it gives me a way to exercise, have some fun with it, and be creative. I also will draw which lets me zone in on a project and express myself for a few hours at a time
Somethings as simple as drinking water and trying to fix your sleep schedule are also good things to do. Simple daily tasks are great as well if you can’t find that “thing” that gets you feeling better
