...nor was it easy 10-15 years ago to convince people consumer preference for #FinServ would be set by experiences OUTSIDE of banking and instead by the likes of $AMZN, $AAPL, $MSFT (Xbox), and $NFLX. 2/
I finally started incorporating blatant examples of products that have evolved over time, reminding sponsors seismic shifts occur when generations turnover every 20-25 yrs.
