The type of offense & reason for contact w/ #AlexGonzalesJr was "Violent Crime Against Persons".
Again, all he's been accused w/ by APD is flashing a weapon to an off-duty officer, who wasn't wearing a body cam & for which no evidence exists.

If all he did was display a firearm - not aim it or fire it - & they've made no claim of him using his vehicle maliciously, how did he attempt to injure anyone?

At no point did they try to arrest him. On-duty officers came & pointed guns at him & yelled for him to stop while he went to the back seat to check on his infant child & they killed him.
