I was friends with someone on FB when I was a kid who posted this kind of artwork. When you’re young, you’re exploring your sexuality and you probably don’t understand power dynamics or how someone could take advantage of you as a minor. BUT. I probably only saw a few of these
horrible art posts and looking back at that experience, it was extremely harmful to me. Thank god I never dug into the subject matter more. And I really worry about kids who don’t know better consuming that kind of content and having abuse normalized for them. If you’re an adult,
you have a responsibility to not post or perpetuate a culture that normalizes abuse. I’m pretty sure that stupid fucking Onward person knew what they were doing. They wanted attention, and they’re getting it. Please do better. Also for everyone saying to block this guy- I think
we all sort of have a responsibility to keep an eye on these pages to make sure we aren’t seeing minors actively being groomed. I hate that this is going on in the art community. I’m really sad because of it.
