Don't.
Find someone to vent and scream about your frustrations with by all means!
But do it away from the social media camera because it is inevitable that it will be seen and even if you mean it in a lighthearted way, it can come off as bad-tempered/rude

Behind the scenes, there is a team sorting 1700 subs to tons of mentors. I can't even imagine the labor of love that is!

#AmmTeasers Many of us work full time, are writing under contracts, or getting ready to debut.
We are caretakers for our families, and have 1000 other things going on that mean we can't spend all our time online.
(And you know, so many writers are INTROVERTS!)

So, I didn't mean to chide because so far, everyone I've seen & interacted with has been AMAZING, but I've also been through this rodeo MANY times and this is about when the grumbling begins

I couldn't survive this roller coaster industry w/out my BFF CPs and out back channel bitching is MASSIVE. We all need to release our frustrations, I'm just pointing out that you don't want it to be public!
