In the meantime while @KwasiKwarteng is going off on one about how brilliant the UK is for workers' rights perhaps he could explain what his party proposes to do about the UK having the lowest rate of statutory sick pay in Europe? Forcing people go to work despite Covid risk?
OH and just a reminder, that even if you are not a migrant worker, a gig economy worker, a domestic worker, or any of the other kinds of worker whose rights are poorly protected & likely to be further impacted by this bill, it is in your interests to protect their rights too.
If you are a stranger, that is, to the concept of solidarity. But if you're swayed by this Tory nonsense then you might well be.
