I really hate that women now apologise for their bare faces. I've heard that "sorry for my face, I'm not wearing make up" in so many videos, it's so sad.
Yes, I know nobody is forcing them, notice how the tweet didn't blame anybody? This is literally just commentary on an insecurity based on beauty standards that some people internalize.
And for the guys holding their breaths waiting for someone to say "Men caused this", I suggest you get over yourselves. I promise this has nothing to do with ya'll. You may take your fingers off the trigger and breathe easy.
