Why do I feel like I've had this conversation with the internet about eleventy billion times at this point? Srsly. It's getting old, folks. Trust me when I say: plenty of people with extreme fantasies are not harmful to others, and plenty of abusers are quite vanilla.
The same is true of whatever he's actually done. Was it consensual? Sounds like in some cases not. That's the problem. It doesn't matter whether the thing is a kiss or buttsex or a spanking or licking a bloody cut. Not consensual? Not okay.
The fact that he likes to suck the blood off a person's cut? Who TF cares? If that's not your jam, fine, but like... some people pop each other's zits. Which I think is revolting. Does that make it wrong? Nope. YKINMKBYKIOK. I'm already over it. Please, join me here.
