Went to Lake Galena with my sis again today, what a treasure trove of awesome birds! Here’s a thread of the goodies!! I’ll start of with the handsome Muscovy X Mallard duck
Then I ran into this handsome mallard enjoying his lovely reflection!
As we came into the woods my sister noticed this young red tail hawk hunting.
Then when we came to the bridge my sister’s friend the adorable screech owl was in the duck box poking their head out. So cute!!
On our way back we discovered a bald eagle hanging out on the ice.
Then we came across this gorgeous heron that was right next to the path as the sun went behind the clouds.
