Current SLC power rankings based on individual narrative, involvement with other women and iconography:

1) Heather Gay
2) Meredith Marks
3) Whitney Rose
4) Mary Cosby
5) Jen Shah
6) Lisa Barlow
Heather is the champion because her personal narrative is compelling, triumphant and singular to her city and culture. She's also funny without trying and willing to get involved with any of the cast members. Her narrative could be followed for seasons. Indispensable.
Meredith is That Bitch because she causes All This Conversation. Everyone can't stop talking about her because they want what she has. Style on point. She needs to engage more, but it is funny that she iconically "disengages". She has the best and dumbest tagline. Her voice, too.
Whitney, like her cousin, will get into it with anyone. She has a surprising and dramatic personal story with her father and a fun relationship. She pole dances. She is willing to make choices (sometimes dumb) to make things happen. She is stunning. Keep being messy!!!
Mary is the most iconic and memorable but flat out isn't in the show enough. She needs to insist she is involved or start making her own events. All she has to do is keep being herself, but we need to/want to see it! I love her relationship with her son and bad expensive clothes.
Jen is THE MOST, to say the least, to the point of not feeling like a normal human, but always seems to get me back on board when she emotionally explains herself and you realize, oh, maybe that is just her. I respect that she goes for it, but it feels stunty at times. Dial back.
Lisa is in trouble because she is happily a Meredith appendage. It feels like she is unaware she is not the focal point of the show. I like John and her kids, but their outings feel staged. I don't think she's having a bad season but I think she needs to reach beyond Meredith.
