The DoJ documents Sullivan breaching the Capitol Building and helping others to do the same.

As pointed out in my original thread Sullivan again incites the crowd to burn down Capitol Hill building.

He made the same incitements before entering and at a Black Lives Matter / Antifa protest he organized prior to the Jan 6th.

NEW: The DoJ has also obtained video of Sullivan at a Black Lives Matter / Antifa protest WHILE ATTENDING the protest in D.C. saying "we gotta burn this sh*t down" and "we got to rip Trump out of office."

He gave a similar speech in my original thread back in the Summer.

The DoJ calls out John Sullivan threatening officers on multiple occasions.

Sullivan specifically tells them in at least two encounters they need to stand down or they will get hurt

Before moving on, as the complaint details events outside of the Breach, The DoJ complaint did not mention Sullivan stating he had a knife immediately prior to approaching the Speaker's lobby right before Ashli Babbett was shot.

The DoJ documents John Sullivan's interviews with CNN and ABC's Good Morning America.

Despite saying on two different occasions on video that he had a knife, Sullivan denies having a knife.

The DoJ is also calling baloney on John Sullivan's claims he is journalist, pointing out he has no press credentials and know ties to any journalist organization.
