i luv when ppl who are so deeply intertwined w/ the underground soundcloud community try to distance themselves from it whenever another fallen idol is added to the shitlist of weirdos. distancing makes em feel all cozy inside or something it just irks me. say fuck em and move on
but the whole mentality that ohhh that scene is full of weirdos ohhh everyone is associated w some fuck up person...have you taken a step outside? thats life. life is fucked up, humans are fucked up. if shit like this is earth shattering to you, wake up
and it fucking sucks. its sad. it hurts and it wounds you, especially if you were close to that person or looked up to them.
maybe this is really what it takes for people to realize that assigning god complexes to artists who don’t deserve them, backfires.
