But Urban burns extremely bright, and while that seems to turn teams around quickly, culture ?s surrounded last two exits, and whether the stress ramps up from losing control or what, health problems have seemed to come in conjunction

Just the profile — with what can now be called something of an established pattern (57 by start of camp) — does that sound like a good fit for the long-term vision Jags have been building toward?
