Just cuz I don't LOOK like I'm a 9/10 on the pain scale, it doesn't mean that I'm not. Check your ableism and preconceived notions on how someone is supposed to look in pain.

I don't need to cry and make an ugly face to show that I'm a 9/10 for pain. I also don't need to be wincing either. I can have a full blown convo and not miss a beat at a 9/10. Why? Cuz I've been living this way for 6+ years.
