We are delighted to announce that We received funding from @HoECF CO-OP Funds for our Jaikara Family Food bank. With this funding we will be able to offer a service that bridges the gap between available existing community services and the barriers for women in accessing them.
Our foodbank use has risen significantly over the last few months, and we are supporting a larger number of families, which includes families who are suffering from displacement and poverty in regards to domestic violence, being migrant women and refugees.
