idk how to say this but you can’t freelance if you don’t have the audience/connections that are in demand of your services
i rly struggle with this when ppl ask me how to freelance bc it in a way is all about networking and who’s paying attention to your work in order to get gigs
if u don’t know anyone and nobody knows you how are they gonna hire u. start in-house first and build up an audience in the meantime! so you can freelance eventually
also you have to be PERSISTENT. and almost annoying about your work. put it out there, constantly be vulnerable lmao
