Proud Boys also have an appalling view of immigrants and often use scapegoating when talking about our Hispanic and Latinx population. With so many immigrants in our community, do we want to tell these students that their lives don’t matter? What do we say to them?

Proud Boys put our LGBTQ students at risk. Do we just tell our transgendered children they now have someone making choices for them who doesn’t see them as people? How do we explain this to our gay kids? After so many hard fought battles, they now are these people’s mercy?

I have seen first hand how quickly radicalization can happen. So dangerous!

I have two family members who are Proud Boys, and they are in this picture. I know how fast some people, even my own family, can be radicalized. This isn’t a game, and it isn’t a joke.
At absolute best this woman wants us to believe that she doesn’t believe any of this and that it was a means to an end. I don’t think that’s true at all, I know she is close friends with at least two people in that pic.
But even if it is — is this really who we want making decisions for our kids? Someone who would go to bed with white supremacists and misogynists just to get elected? I don’t buy it for a second, and neither should you. Shame on the @gop and everyone who is attempting to cover up
You see, racism isn’t like a light switch that can be turned off and on. It’s more like a skunk’s spray that permeates everything it touches. Ms. Williams may claim she was doing what she had to in order to get elected, but laying down with racists gives one the stink.
And that stink doesn’t just magically come off.
I find it rich that she is threatening to sue, but only denies being at a certain DAYTIME rally on January 6. There have been people who claim to have saw her after working hours there. If she was or if she wasn’t, I don’t know.
What I do know is that there are literally dozens of pics of various events with her and the organizers of that January 6 rally. She doesn’t get to whip folks in to a frenzy, and then claim that stink isn’t on her because she happened to be at work.
