One worker said they were "used to" cleaning up after white supremacists. Another said it was degrading.

Some Capitol Hill workers also expressed fears for their safety in the days surrounding President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration. Intelligence officials have warned of armed protests being planned in Washington.
