@jessekb had good idea to compare new @salimfurth analysis of towns already complying with TOD provision in econ dev bill w/ new DHCD data on income-restricted housing share. Here's a first pass. This filters out all towns that pass Salim's analysis and that are 10%+ SHI.
For sake of screenshot, I then sorted by largest towns based on unit total. Many additional towns failing both tests. Will snip and post the rest below. Happy to share sheet w anyone.
Realize I should clarify framing from my first tweet--this focuses in on the problematic double no's. No multifamily zone that would meet TOD requirements in bill AND less than 10% of their current housing stock is income-restricted for low and moderate income families.
