By actively shipping, connecting with bright & kind minds, and sharing what I've learned, I've grown tremendously.

Thank you for being a part of my growth journey.

I've always felt like a tech outsider, even though I've been interested in tech my whole life.

(When I was younger I scrapped around forums for Gmail beta invites, that sort of crazy thing)

But still. Felt hard to break into tech.

Until I found no-code & Twitter.
I just followed my curiosity, got over my fear of lurking and started creating instead of consuming (h/t @anthilemoon)

I started a newsletter.
I started building with no-code.
I reflect on my growth journey in 2020 in this thread https://twitter.com/JanelSGM/status/1344672662874959876
I've met many people who invested immense belief capital in me.

Thank you, @thisiskp_, @nocodelife, @anthilemoon, @rosiesherry, @swyx, @arvidkahl, @PTillement for highlighting my work & believing in me even when I had no audience
I've also met a lot of wonderful friends since then that I'm grateful for.

Everyone has an interesting backstory, and there are new rising stars every day.

I vow to help amplify others to pay it forward.
I'd like to share with you some tips on how I've grown my audience. It's 100% free, no course needed. https://twitter.com/janelsgm/status/1299326094416531461?s=21
Some tools to help you make use of Twitter https://twitter.com/janelsgm/status/1310985548253794310?s=21
I also want to share tips on how to make awesome friends (thanks @noahkagan) https://twitter.com/JanelSGM/status/1295775131495784448?s=20
In a huge move of permissionless apprenticeship, @TimBomboir has compiled these resources in a @NotionHQ page that you can duplicate into your workspace.

Thank you Tim! https://go.brainpint.com/timsnotion
Now I feel like I've *finally* broken into tech, in addition to forming lifelong friendships here.

Can't wait to share some really exciting news with you soon :)

Till then, be kind, build smart, and lift others around you!

Thanks for all your support and kind words always.
(Also I'm evidently still living in 2020. Whoops! I meant 14 Jan 2021)
