Thread of what I think needs to happen at spurs to finish the season a success, please feel free to agree and disagree which I know many probably will
COYS

New CB partnership: Eric Dier is simply not good enough to play CB let alone play at all. Towards the end of last season JM played Toby and Sanchez and it was the best defensively we have looked in a long time. He is a bench player at best. I'd already put Rodon ahead of him.
Middle of the park: We need another "warrior" in the middle to turn the ball over quickly and let us play open and fast counter attacks. Winks or sissoko don't cut. Could even drop Ndombelle back in a deeper role when GLC is fit and have the 3 together.
RW!!!!: We need one of the right wingers to step up and start scoring on a regular basis. I honestly don't care if it's Bale, Bergwijn, Lucas or even Lamela but one of them has to give us goals. Far to reliant on Kane and Son this season.
An attacking coach: We've all seen how much of an impact Ledley King has had on the defensive abilities. So by bringing in a forwards coach I think it could do wonders. Robbie Keane comes to mind for me. Been through all his coaching badges and already very highly rated by peers.
Transfers we NEED: Firstly, we need to start aiming high and signing big name players. We have missed out on world class talent such as Bruno Fernandes, Dybala and even Ruben Dias. Levy has the manager he's always wanted, he now needs to invest in the players.
Most important signing: Marcel Sabitzer. He fits the JM mould perfectly and most importantly he's a excellent set peice taker. Can cover a range of positions in the midfield aswell as being another "Leader". Would be my number 1 priority in this window!
A new CB: A lot of rumours circling around Eder Militao at the moment but personally I don't think he is the answer. Very similar to Davison Sanchez physically and in his playing style. I'd be going back to Inter and knocking on the door for Skriniar again. More of an elite CB.
Lastly, a new CDM: We've seen how much of an impact the best Pierre in London has had on our squads dimension. If we can have another solid CDM to assist him I think we'd be more solid to break down. I'd be looking at Ndidi or the cheaper alternative Bissouma.
Manager...: I know over the last few weeks alot of people are Jose out. I'm not one of them. I believe he can genuinely take this club to the next level. If Levy backs him, like he has done in the summer, I think we will start seeing trophies and glory days at Tottenham Hotspur.
Thank you for taking the time to read through this thread. It's the first one I have done so any opinions you have, please feel free to share. Come on you Spurs
