Anyway, around August / September, the flame of motivation and passion I had for Twitter, nearly burned out.
All that was left was an ember.
All that I did with that ember was:
- schedule tweets
- go through notifications (badly)

As a result, my content got worse and I demonetized my Twitter
Which resulted in my growth slowing massively
Which resulted in worse motivation and passion - it was a cycle that was constantly spiraling downhill.
I was constantly debating packing it in

But I was disciplined enough to keep going, to keep holding on to that last ember
To keep scheduling and to keep going through notifications.
Fast forward to December, 3 months after the flame dying.

"Fuck it, Im going to actually put some effort into my tweets today"
And thats what I did,
Now, my growth that day was no different than the previous days
But damn did my passion reignite
I remembered why I was on Twitter - I love creating.

So over the next few days, I changed a few things:
- I started engaging on the timeline
- I put the effort into my content
- I tried to create genuine conversations in the comments
And it worked. But it only got me so far - I was stuck, I thought I had ruined my account

I thought by taking them last few months and basically doing nothing that I had killed my account.
Thats when I seen @AskTheGiver tweet about @creation247 course "Create 24/7"
And I decided I would buy it - after all you cant go wrong investing in yourself.

This course changed my Twitter path forever.
And I'm not just saying this. I mean it.
The amount of effort that @creation247 and everyone who has done a module has put into that course is insane
It's impossible for it not to change the way you look at Twitter.

- 7000 followers on the 26th of December
- 8000 followers on the 13th of January
1000 followers in 19 days.
And we arent stopping there.
That single ember is now an exploding volcano.

That is how I stopped my Twitter path from burning out.
My main lesson over the last few months is:
If I hadnt have been disciplined enough to just keep scheduling I would never have been able to turn it around.
So whatever it is, JUST KEEP GOING
