this is several years old at this point and is pretty awkwardly worded, but it still comes up in convo enough for me to repost (save it if you want since my tweets only stick around for a couple weeks)
take your darling idea seeds, plant them, tend to them and let them grow, unconcerned for where or how they grow, just keeping them healthy. they'll grow, and they'll blossom and bear fruit. every fruit, every flower another seed you can grow from as a reflection on the parent.
some may die, and that's ok - take a snapshot before it does and tend to the ones that aren't dying. tuck the snapshot away and forget about it. in the future you'll be tending to another beautiful tree, and it will remind you of that snapshot. it has a home now.
there's a lot of repeating yourself in gardening. embrace it and you'll have a garden of naturally emerging patterns and feelings.
