This is a response to LRT but im so sick of seeing people refuse to listen to Black artists. There's so many artists who are in other genres besides rap (and even WITHIN rap you can find songs that you like). I'm gonna make a thread of all my favorite songs sung by Black artists
(ill add to this later too I'm abt to go into class) but my favorite song OF ALL TIME right now:

1. wading in waist-high water by Uwade Akhere (on the fleet foxes album)
Perfect example to start off, this is indie/alt
2. Kismet by XIX

I have no idea what genre this is but i love this song SO goddamn much
