Do not despair - 74 million Americans have not revealed themselves as racists come out of hiding; Trump and Republicans used their 4 years to spout lies and weaponized the BLM movement to convince supporters that POC were violent sub-humans that lived off of their tax dollars.
Do not despair - this pandemic will not last forever. It may not go away as quickly as our TikToc video length, high speed internet, sound bite brains have come to demand, but it will be managed.
Do not despair - we are not required to “be the better people” & unite with 74 million angry, violent, fascist, racist, science denying Americans until they are deprogrammed. Do not despair - psychological warfare can be undone, just as it was after the defeat of Nazi Germany.
Do not despair - you’ll see your old neighbors again and this time, we’ll all be living in a more inclusive, climate honoring, globally respected America.
