THREAD:
After covering down some thought last night, I realized that many of us are still concerned about our team in terms of close wins. If that’s case, here’s a special thread as too why City FT should remain optimistic for the rest of the season

The first thing I’ve learned to stay positive for the 20/21 season last summer was to remember ALL the losses and worst moments of the 19/20 season. If you really think about last year’s losses, you’ll realized that the images were 10x worst than the Leicester game.
Sané was also a big loss, but it’s important to understand that “change” is part of life, and we can’t moved forward if we keep the players for the rest of there lives, some stay, and some have to leave
David Silva was also a big loss, but it teach us about change and acceptance about making a transition on a new era. You never what you got until they leave, and since then, that made me stop slandering Pep and the players since the Lyon loss. I grow to become a better fan.
But wait a minute??? It’s it right to criticize players??? Yes, and there’s no problem with that, but I always liked to look at the positives first before we reach the negatives. At the end, none of the players don’t want to lose like us watching the games.
Now that you understand what I did over the summer, how do I remain positive since the start of the season???? First of all, I don’t like to read transfer rumors, when @FabrizioRomano or Man City announced a player, then I analyze how can that player make an impact for us
I personally don’t like to get hyped on transfers because it ruins your expectations for next season. I always put my club first like I always said, even if they’re players that we would really helped us, I find it better to appreciate what we have so we don’t slander them
In the first match, all that I started thinking about is how lucky we are to finally see Man City played once again after the Lyon lost, I became even more happy when Stones, Ake, Foden, Jesus, and Sterling all had an amazing game.
I took the Wolves game since then and repeat what I’ve done to remain positive.
- Be happy for our players
- Evaluate each player performances in a positive way first
- Not underestimate the opponent
- Analyze the changes
- Criticized the game AFTER THE FINAL WHISTLE

These three matches specifically made City FT go on a mental breakdown where everybody is saying some ridiculous statements that doesn’t make any sense at all. Whenever we lose on FT, find positives and try to focus on the next game while thinking how we could do better

Saying things like #Pepout or find somebody on fraud watch makes you look like an idiot. We don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes off the pitch. It’s better to be open minded and see the WHY instead of the HOW on a bad performance, and used it to see how they can improve
We all love Dias and Stones, but I want you to know something, if one of them makes a mistake, continue to back them up. Don’t focus on one game that makes you turned back to them. They’re a long term solution, and I’m backing Laporte and Ederson along the way

The end the thread, all I’m saying is to find the positives FIRST before you criticized anybody on the pitch. We should be thankful for all the players Txiki got us, and how much he improved our squad this season. We got 22 games left, the season is not over yet
