Manchester Citys most promsising academy players

A THREAD
Luke Mbete
Only 17, but very mature for his age. A very composed, ball-playing CB, who reads the game very well. Stylistically he`s like a younger left-footed Kompany. With his incredible pace and physicality, he is an absolute monster. IMO our most promising academy CB in years
Taylor Harwood-Bellis
Another very complete CB. With his passion and leadership, he has been fantastic for the EDS, and already has 7 first team appearances at 18. A ball-playing, two-footed, physically dominant CB that also offers great aerial ability. Could be our own De Ligt
Adrian Bernabe
Due to injuries, he was converted to a LB this season. Originally a midfielder, he`s a perfect fit for the inverted left-back role, but with his amazing crossing he can also be an overlapping fullback. He is surprisingly good defensively and creates lots of chances
Joe Hodge
His performance for the U18s against Liverpool in October 2018, is the best midfielder performance I have ever seen. An elegant ball-winning DM, who`s very comfortable on the ball and an amazing passer. The epitome of a press resistant midfielder. Similar to Verratti
Tommy Doyle
A dynamic midfielder who has represented England at every level between U15-U20. A set-piece specialist who can both create goals and defend. Stylistically, he`s like a more gifted Henderson. His passion and aggressiveness could compliment Rodri very well in midfield
Cole Palmer
Very versatile midfielder who can play both on the right and centrally. A silky, very technically gifted player that just glides past players with ease, making it look so effortless. Scores and assists loads of goals too. Our very own Kai Havertz. Has great potential
James McAtee
A quick, technical, intelligent midfielder that just oozes class. His playstyle is like a mix of Foden and David Silva. Averages more than one goal contribution per game, and his dribbling, ball control and passing is top class. World-class potential
Liam Delap
A bulldozing striker with a great goal scoring record. The combination of pace, pure strength, finishing and technical ability makes him a unique young striker. At 17 he`s already bullying senior defenders. Very mature for his age, he could turn into our own Haaland
END OF THREAD

I was primarily focusing on the EDS players, but could easily have added some U18 players like Romeo Lavia, Alexander Robertson, Darko Gyabi, Borges, Sodje etc
