On the Russillo pod, Jackie MacMullan recalls a conversation with Kyrie Irving where he stated that there should be no NBA draft because players aren't property, and MacMullan replies 'yeah you are dude, that's the way it works. that's why you get paid all these millions.' 
I guess if anybody was wondering if Jackie MacMullan is a racist with no understanding of labor and capital, you have your answer!

Later on in the podcast Simmons compares the Nets players to his dogs, realizes he's comparing people to dogs, catches himself, says "not to compare NBA players to dogs," and then continues to compare NBA players to dogs
Had to turn this sh*t off, I can't even keep going to document whatever egregiously racist stuff these three white boston millionaires said later in the episode. Going back to listening to an audiobook of James Baldwin, hopefully it will cleanse this nastiness.
