Irks me when I see posts like "BESTSELLER received 16 rejections before it was accepted, never give up 🥺" like show me authors who were rejected 100+ times. Show me authors who queried for years. I could eat 16 query rejects every day for breakfast, it ain't encouraging
(this isn't meant to be mean-spirited haha - I know they're well intentioned! Just a playful jab at them 😆)
