Our Patient Experience in England report ( http://pexlib.net/?226419  ) summarised a year's worth of learning from surveys and research. Thanks to the great @ShaunLintern for the foreword, and endorsement.
Our Inadmissible Evidence report ( http://pexlib.net/?227119  ) showed how a double standard in evidence-based practice persistently harms patients. With over 4,000 copies downloaded so far, it is clear that people care about this stuff.
We worked with @NVTweeting to reveal the pain & stress of delayed elective procedures ( http://pxlib.net/183  ), and with @ItsGroundswell on the experiences of people locked out of both housing & healthcare ( http://pexlib.net/?228077  ).

And then another breakthrough when…
