I'll break down the problems from a wider non-biased perspective.
I'll rank them in 3 categories, 1 being the first & biggest problem
And ofc 3 being the least problem
1) The board
2) The players
3) The coach
All are apart of the problem and are linked with eachother

An aging boa, An injury prone players in Sule & Lucas + losing Thiago
You would expect a TREBLE winning board to replace them properly to try for another treble season
Or atleast have emergency backups that are up to Bayern's standards
Well.. Not Exactly..

Hansi Flick has been LET DOWN!

Speaking of letting Hansi Flick down, Bayern's defecene has been nothing but ABYSMAL!
Namely Sule, Alaba, Boa & Pavard
Their lack of pace in a very high line exposes them in counter-attacks
But there are also Individual errors like not marking or tracking runs.

Although he's working with pretty much no reliable CBs
We cant deny his high line tactic isnt working anymore and should be changed asap
Another problem with Flick is he favourites Alaba over Lucas
Whilst everyone knows the latter is a much better defender

The board didnt back the coach
Hansi doesnt have proper options at RCB or RB
The attack needs to always score 3+ goals every game, cause they always concede 2 goals
Quick Fixes :
1) Lucas to start
2) Reduce the high line FLICK!

Last night #FlickOut was trending a little bit, And there were some 'fans' who ACTUALLY want Flick out
1. Its the board who didnt back him with good players
2. This is his first big test yet he's still ontop of the league
