#FootballKitMemories has gone and got a Brazilian. Wanna see my strip?? 🇧🇷
As you'll see below, the details on these shirts are exquisite, and I was seriously delighted when such rare shirts went on sale at such an affordable price @mandmdirect

A #footballshirt collector's dreams come true! Lots of you have bought them too.

Enjoy the thread...
I want to start off with the crest details.

Each has raised plastic elements making these stand out in a way that's usually reserved for player fit/authentic shirts.
@gremio_en was founded in 1903 in the southern city of Porto Alegre.

The club has played in the 'Imortal Tricolor' since 1928 and the three stars represent:

Gold - Intercontinental Cup in 1984
Silver - Copa Libertadores (1983, 1995, 2017)
Bronze - various Brazilan titles
Rio's @FluminenseFC play in the famous 78,639 capacity Maracana, which they share with rivals Flamengo.

International honours have come only once at the 1952 Copa Rio - an unofficial international club competition that seemingly carries more weight in #Brazil than with #FIFA.
Pele's @SantosFC was founded in 1912 in the eponymous city.

One of Brazil's most successful sides, Santos have won countless league titles, 3 Copa Libertadores (1962, 1963 & 2011) and 2 Intercontinental Cups (1962, 63**)... earning them the attractive moniker 'Os Santasticos'.
We shouldnt miss the retro inspired sublimated shirt motifs placed on each shirt, something @UmbroBrasil has been nodding to for a couple of seasons now. Really stunning.
Let's not leave out the little bespoke patches that sit on the bottom left of each shirt, at the front just above the hem.

I am a sucker for a bit of history on a #footballkit 🤓🤩

By the powers of #GoogleTranslate I bring you the following insight...
The patch for #Gremio is based on the stars I told you about above, the world maps represent; International, Continental and Brazilian titles.

'Gremio is a pure feeling' seems to be the lyrics to a popular club chant.

@MrDDyer
The #Fluminense patch celebrates 50 years since the #Fluzao won it's first Brazilian Championship.

1970 would also see @CBF_Futebol win its third @FIFAWorldCup in Mexico, with Keeper Felix between the sticks and young defender Marco Antonio also in the squad.
In what seems to be a bit of a club motto, 'the biggest Brazilian club in the world' is written on the bespoke #Umbro #Santos #footballshirt patch.

With the likes of Pele and @neymarjr having played in the famous black & white shirts, they can probably argue a good case...
Anyway... Obrigado for reading this far. Any RTs appreciated.

Im clearly no photographer, but I do make a rather good podcast.
