A Thread on why Nacht is one of the most interesting and mysterious characters of Black Clover right now:
Nacht also known as Nacht Faust is a former Magic Knight of the Grey Deer Squad who then moved to the Black Bulls and got appointed as the Vice Captain under Yami.
While Nacht currently has the ability to use shadow magic, it is still unknown what is original Magic Type was or is. As Jack was about to say, he definetly used different magic at one point.
It is also unknown who Nacht is reffering to when he said "He's gone". He could have meant his previous self (Which would prove the point that he sold his soul in exchange for a devils contract with 4 other devils).. or maybe even his brother which is nowhere to be found?
He deeply despises the Dark Triad because they hurt others out of joy, but there might aswell be a way deeper meaning behind it which means that they could be related to his brother being missing or dead.
All in all it is pretty mysterious as to what happened with his younger self, currently we can most likely be sure about that his other Persona is gone - But why?
Nacht has 4 Devils which each have a different Unite mode for Nacht to use, giving him a strong boost in Magic Power but also the abilities the devil uses.
