"go to therapy" has become a weird dunk that kinda worries me because it assumes therapy is a thing that fixes people when at its best, therapy just kinda gives you tools to exist in your head more easily. it doesn't imbue you with goodness or correct opinions or anything.
I've been in therapy on and off since I was 9, and I still suck. I will always suck. therapy can't help me with that. no one can.
if you went to a therapist and said "someone on the computer told me to go to therapy because I jack off to solid snake" they would be pretty confused. idk what the treatment plan would be for that.
