Hello, long time games QA person here. If you're saying your team didn't find those issues ask yourself, did you give them the tools to find them? Did you give them the support to find them? Did you give them the time and focus? Or did you cram as many of them on and rush them??
If you keep treating QA like an afterthought and not an equal vital part of the team, then of course you're going to get broken stuff. Like any team they need the tools to succeed. They're not just bodies to throw at a problem and then under the bus when you need to.
Also, there's always a high chance your QA team DID find and point out all those issues and you just waived the anyway cus you really wanted to hit that deadline.

Probably thought "No one will find this, and if they do, well we know who to blame for bugs"
Long story short, respect QA. They're not lesser than any other team. The fact you need to blame them every time to cover up other issues shows how crucial they actually are.

This is an industry wide problem, and I'm pretty tired if addressing it every few months.
