NDM tweets a picture of a loaf of bread he just baked (he does this a lot, and quite well, so this is the only bread reference. The picture has some brown ale, guiness and a bottle of champagne (this is why he needs #dryjanuary). Nick also paints,

That's a dangerous combination:

The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) sets out the following in terms of process:
1. Request for arbitration (3 days)
2. Response to request (within 28 days)
3. Appoint arbitrators (no timeframe specified but at least +7)

/10
3a. Challenge period – if one side doesn’t like an arbitrator they can challenge within 14 days
4. Within 21 days the Arbital Tribunal and the parties are encouraged to meet.

/11
5. Within 28 days of the formation of the Arbital Tribunal the claimant has to deliver a written statement of case and evidence.
6. Within 28 days the respondent must submit a statement of defence / cross claim / reply.

/12
7. Looks like this can be repeated until the tribunal say otherwise

73 days from 17 November is 29 Jan 2021 (if challenge)
59 days from 17 November is 15 Jan 2021 (if no challenge)

What does it mean - fucked if I know?

Will BJ respond? Are the govt complicit? I don't know...

I hope it means we’re in the endgame now so I’m off to bed and then to buy some cans for February!
