#Rockets
thoughts - Goodbye Harden
I’m happy we as a fanbase are moving on, but I still cannot ignore the sadness I feel about Harden’s departure.

... of a wonderful run for this franchise.
Harden carried #Rockets
teams that frankly would’ve been lottery bound year after year and he likely would’ve won a championship (or gave LeBron a run for his money) in 17-18.
I will continue to appreciate his contributions.

There is so much Harden should take blame for in regards to how the last few years were handled, and ESPECIALLY the last few months. I hope takes time to be honest with himself about that.
But I’m grateful that the situation is not over the #Rockets
heads any longer.

This 20-21 #Rockets
team doesn’t have full championship potential. But it was disrespectful and wrong for Harden to say what he did, and do the actions he instigated. I have lost respect for him about that, and that will tarnish many fellow fan’s feelings about Harden.

But I will truly miss an engaged and happy Harden in Houston #Rockets
gear, and I hope someday there will be amends made to fix that relationship. Because Harden deserves to eventually get recognition as one of the Rockets all time greats.

But it’s now time to move on, and cheer for a group of guys who genuinely want to be a #Rockets
player and contribute this season. Wall, Wood, Cousins et al. are great and I’m excited to see how Oladepo may or may not fit.
