People seem to be under the impression that because Chelsea used to win a lot, they should keep winning the same amount. That rebuilds NEVER has to happen again.

Well let me tell you something. Nobody keeps winning infinitely and everyone requires a rebuild...

every now and then. I'm sure as Chelsea-fans, everyone would like to re-experience the fantasitc 13 years that were between 2004-2017 which included 5 Premier League titles, 1 CL, 1 EL and a multitude of FA Cups and League Cups. Where records were broken/set en masse.

Well if we want that, we need to rebuild.

Now people seem to think that Frank's job is done. That the "rebuild" has happened. To you I ask this, are you f*cking kidding me???

We aren't talkint about some pus*y ass rebuild here where a few players are sold and a few...

younger players are signed. We're talking about a mixture of a complete f*cking massacre and Noah's f*cking arc. We are talking about a REBUILD. As in we tear everything down and rebuild from scratch.

How? By selling EVERY SINGLE player that has NO future at the club...

by signing MANY players that will be a future of this club and last but not least, integrate DESERVING youth who CARES about Chelsea FC and who would die defending the crest.

Obviously results matters but it shouldn't matter as much as it has done in the past...YET.

What Lampard has done has proven that he is the PERFECT man to have in this rebuild. EVERY SINGLE player he has got rid of has been actual deadwood. EVERY SINGLE signing he's made has been top class, most of which will win A LOT with Chelsea...In the future.

EVERY SINGLE academy player he has given an opportunity to, has been a success. Every one.

However, we aren't more than halfway done! We still haven't even offloaded HALF the deadwood we should have/will do IF Frank remains in charge.

We still have a lot of new BIG signings...

for the future of Chelsea FC to make and there are still A LOT of academy players to integrate into this squad.

People actually wants to kill this project halfway through and because of what?? Tell me what??

Frank hasn't put a foot wrong in what he was asked to do.

Now, whether he is the right man to take us to the next level AFTER 3 years remains to be seen. Only time will tell. However, he is THE man for us RIGHT NOW and removing him now will be nothing but a knee-jerk reaction caused by being too stuck in the past.

Football isn't what it once was. Chelsea dominated because they could outspend EVERYONE else. That dominance was sustained beyond that because a core existed in that team that had played together, won together, lost together, celebrated together and suffered together many times.

A core of players that LOVED Chelsea Football Club more than anything else and that's what we should look at. Not money spent but passion. Hunger. The willingness to do whatever it takes to win and that takes time, even more so for younger players.

If we want to be successful again, that time and patience is key because the spending money for instant success/hiring,firing periods are over. That's not football in 2021 and the faster people realize that the better.
