Being Ego-Driven vs Psychopath

Those people are sick, I'm not.

A psychopath does not have control over his actions. Although their actions are calculated and conscious.

Whatever they do, they will mainly fail to control their urge to be socially correct and acceptable.
A psychopath or sociopath has a delusional type of self-love.

They over estimate themselves and do not rationally build their self-confidence.

Delusion is part of their sickness.

They are smart yet disconnected from what is real.
Now, being Ego Driven is an intentional mindset.

Focus on one's self and capitalizing on one's wins to build confidence is a decision, not a condition.

Ego Driven individuals do have feelings, they just have decided to be above everything.
As opposed to a psychopath, an Ego Driven person will evaluate and analyze people's feelings.

And deal with them not willingly harm them.

If I feel empathy on my own and not as a result of someone's manipulation, I will help.

A psychopath won't feel anything.
To make it short,

Psychopaths do not have feelings.

Ego Driven people control their feelings and fuel their engine and existence through transmutation of negative emotions.

I am no psychopath.

I am just smarter than the rest.
