Just did a fireside chat with @KrisHartvigsen and the amazing team at @DoolyHQ about my learnings from 6 years at Gainsight. Among them:
(1) Build strong linkages between Product and GTM/CS from the start. Ideally, have generalists who are hybrid PMs/CSMs early on.

(2) Recognize when you need different DNA for working with Enterprise companies. If you have a bottom-up growth strategy, at some point you'll need to think about each account holistically, and you may need different people to do that.
(3) Roll out OKRs, even light ones, early on. Get everyone aligned around top priorities and having a team mindset (we > me).
