Normalize "I don't feel good about hurting you, but I'm not sorry yet. I need a moment to process."

We have to understand that people aren't always sorry right the moment we want them to be, that's not genuine.
"Nah, that's a shitty apology."

Of course it's shitty! We're beings addicted to control, we love to control others and when / how they apologize, so we can start healing or go back to feeling at peace. That's what we were taught to do.
If one not being sorry can make you act out of your character, it's time to review what you were taught about managing your emotions.

It's good to have an opinion, yet what this tweet is getting quoted with is weird. Imitating people's lack of control is not emotional balance.
