To say that we are disgusted is beyond - 1000s of the lowest paid workers, who cannot work virtually, tasked with feeding, toileting, suctioning, sanitizing - unable to social distance or ensure that students are masked and yet this gov't only includes teachers! Shame on you!
We call on @celliottability @fordnation @Sflecce @maritstiles to stand up for the education workers - recognize them! realize that they are doing the care work in substandard working conditions! include them!
Parents, we need your voices too - these men and women are desperate - caught between the need to be safe and the knowledge that they are essential to you and your children - please join us! @parentaction4ed @FamiliesPublic @ASDdontEndAt5 how much more do you think they can take
